I’m a dancer, artist and counselor.
I enjoy assisting people to live in congruence with their body, soul and spirit’s natural state of health. I practice seeing and acknowledging the innate brilliance in people and I encourage their unique expressions. I support others in breaking free from distractions, confusion or barriers that are keeping them from living in honesty with who they truly are. I strive to protect the soul in each person, its innocence and our connection to ‘earth as it is in heaven’.
I hold an MA in Somatic Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Dance/Movement Therapy, a certification in Expressive Arts Therapy, and training in Authentic Movement, End-of-Life Care and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and Conflict Resolution.
On a fun note, I love physical theater, improvisation, Argentine tango, playing dress-up, dancing, drawing, writing, traveling/exploring, singing, praying, tea cultures, villages, the beauty of nature and whales. I also love creating atmospheres through musical playlists, interior décor, choreography, costume and other visual/sensate aesthetics. My nicknames are “Ruby” and “Juice”. “Juice” is my longest standing nickname since childhood.
